Dependencies are typically small buildings or outbuildings that merely are dependent on a lager house such as the main house. House's that fall under this description could easily be a kitchen, carriage house, outhouse, pigeonniers,  chicken house (poullallier), guest house, overseerers' house, store house, garage, etc...

 

Occurrences could be fences, wells, gates, posts, lamps, jardins, etc.
